Fotogenic Visuals was built on the belief that great imagery is never accidental. Founded by Michael, a Scotland-based artist with two decades of experience and dual degrees in Architecture and Fine Art Photography, the studio brings a rare combination of structural thinking and artistic instinct to every project.
Michael is joined by a close-knit team — Alicja, Harrison and Bart — who together bring calm, considered creativity to productions of every scale. The team's talents stretch well beyond the lens; from creative styling and prop sourcing to full shoot preparation and on-set organisation, every detail is handled in-house. Whether it's an intimate hotel shoot or a large commercial commission, clients can expect a seamless, end-to-end experience. Organic in feel, refined in craft, and made to last.

Michael Jelski is the creative force behind Fotogenic Visuals — a Scotland-based photographer and filmmaker shaped by two decades of experience and a rare academic foundation spanning Architecture and Fine Art Photography. Where most see a room, Michael sees structure, proportion and light — an understanding of how a building breathes, how a frame is composed before the camera is ever raised. The result is imagery that feels both considered and alive; precise without being cold, beautiful without being empty. Nothing left to chance, everything made with intention.

Creative Director
Alicja brings a rare creative perspective to Fotogenic Visuals — formally educated in both Fashion and Commercial Photography, she combines a sharp aesthetic eye with an instinctive understanding of styling, proportion and detail that elevates every frame. From pre-shoot preparation and creative direction to client relationships and on-set production, Alicja ensures that every commission is as well-organised as it is beautiful. Her fashion background runs through everything she touches — in the way a scene is styled, a space is composed, and a story is told.
